• Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5pm ET will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day.

• No Shipping Days: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Lost or Damaged Items

All orders ship insured. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we reship it at no cost to you.

• Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to initiate a resolution. We reship damaged orders for free.
  
• Lost Orders: If your order is lost, please reach out to us immediately for assistance. We reship lost orders for free.
