Eligibility: To be eligible, items must be unworn and unwashed and in their original packaging. Trying an item on for fit is fine.

3. What if my order arrives and it doesn't fit me?
If your item isn't the perfect fit, reach out to our support team at support@clearvyou.com and we'll arrange a free reshipment in a different size — we currently offer free size exchanges.
4. How do I wash my product?
To maintain the timeless quality of our garments, we advise using a washing machine with a lower temperature setting. This practice safeguards the fabric while also supporting environmental sustainability.
5. I received my item damaged, what now?
While instances of damaged items are extremely rare due to the rigorous quality control conducted by our trained warehouse staff, we are here to help if an issue arises.
